Wool
“Warm, springy, and naturally textured”
Wool's natural crimp traps warm air and helps manage moisture. How soft or scratchy it feels depends largely on how fine the fibers are and how the fabric is finished.
Like a warm blanket with a gentle bounce
Low light reflection may give the surface a calm, matte look. The same color may appear slightly deeper and more muted.
A fine nap may give the surface a softly brushed look. How visible it is depends on fiber fineness, yarn construction, and finishing.
It may drape softly while keeping some loft.
